- 1 cup sour cream

- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese, divided
- 1 (9.75 oz) bag nacho cheese Doritos, crushed
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Crush the Doritos into bite-sized pieces and spread half of them evenly on the bottom of the baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salsa, Rotel tomatoes, taco seasoning, and 1 cup of shredded cheese until well combined.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the Doritos layer in the baking dish.
- Top with the remaining crushed Doritos and sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro, if desired, and serve hot.
